At the craft fair this past weekend, i met a lady who works in the welfare department.  She indicated she would get with me with more information i could share with you, but
urgently wants me to put this out:

• NOW is the time to apply for energy assistance, if you will be needing it this winter
• NOW is the time to apply for Christmas assistance, if you will be needing it - it takes time to process this, bring in donations, etc
• Dial 211 for information about who is available to help.
