| The Day Before: Longing to go out, not up to it |
i found this in the advice column in last Sunday's paper. It's an 80 page pdf of advice to objectively help you with The Decision. Most of a page goes into describing the author's qualifications, but we can be brief with this & say he's a grief counselor.
i would've found it helpful.
