i haven't seen Geneva suggested as an inspiration for Belle's hometown, but this fountain looks to me like it might be it.
Or maybe not. Charming, little-known fountain. There's a laundromat behind the photographer, on the corner to her left, my right as i sit on the basin. And absolutely no view of the lake.
