| This page was made before i had any idea at all of the timeline. The meal on the upper right is a regular Sunday dinner, when most guys have gone home, but when i looked for it, i thought it was a Thanksgiving dinner shot. |
i'd have to consult my notes to know for sure, but if i remember correctly, the Thanksgiving before Pearl Harbor, the army sent most of their guys home for Thanksgiving, figuring that they may not have another, at least for a long while.
