i have heard of many disabled individuals with difficulties regarding dental care. Max is blessed that we are able to keep him with his nonMedicaid dentist. The comfort the two have together is one of the biggest factors in his terrific dental health.
Here's the notice:
The
Center for Health Equity at the Indiana Institute on Disability and
Community wants to hear from family caregivers of individuals (minor or
adult) with disabilities, about their dental care experiences and oral
health needs in Indiana. The first 300 participants who complete the
survey will be eligible for a $10 electronic gift card. All responses
will be released as summaries, and individual responses will remain
anonymous. The entire survey should take no more than 30 minutes. To
participate in the electronic survey, CLICK HERE. For questions, please contact eejaec@indiana.edu or mnorris@indiana.edu.
Usually it's days before i check this email address, but today i got there, in time to be one of the first 300 eligible. You may also be in time, but, whether you are or not, taking this survey will assist our planners in providing service. Thank you.
and if you're interested, i declined the gift card, though i was informed i was eligible. Hey, his dentist is rated one of the best and most expensive in the area. There's probably someone taking the survey who could use an extra $10 more profitably than we.
