Bic Conte Coloring Pencils: Two Weeks Later

The photo on the computer screen is from a couple of weeks ago, showing how long my colored pencils are.  i said the discrepancy would only get worse, as i have my color preferences. 

These pencils are everything the website says: smooth, break resistant, bright colors, shade very nicely.  i will enjoy this package as long as it lasts, but, without openstock pencils, i can't consider making them a regular choice.

These were my regular "workhorse" colored pencils in September 2016.  

  This year, i'm adding a few Prismacolors back, though they are totally unsatisfactory in every way except the unique colors.
  Most of the case is filled with Faber Castell Polychromos, with a good sprinkling of Caran d'Ache Pablos and Luminance, a handful of Lyra Polycolors, and even a few of Derwent's new Procolour pencils.
