Detecting Spam: Part 2

i'm still at a loss for figuring out this spam detection thing.
Here's a couple of the best of my comments that won't be published with the post.

"I am genuinely thankful to the holder of this website who has shared this impressive piece of writing at at this place. Also visit my weblog . . . "

"Woah! I'm really digging the template/theme of this website. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's hard to get that "perfect balance" between usability and visual appeal. I must say you have done a amazing job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Safari. Superb Blog! My website; . . . "
Both of these refer to Housecleaning with Max.
i don't know how impressive the writing is.  And, if the site loads quickly it has nothing to do with me; i am only computer literate enough to get stuff done. Maybe i need to relay that one to MyGuy, local admin.  But i am glad that you like my visual taste.  (i'm somewhat partial to it myself!)
Thank you, Anonymous, for the compliments.

i'm going on the assumption that these are from a genuine person, not a spambot.  i may be putting too much thought into this, but it bothers me to simply delete apparently well-meant, if fulsome, comments like this.

i don't recall seeing spammy comments on this site, and here is an example of a post with the type of thoughtful comments i have in mind.
